Zero Storage

We never store your files. They flow directly to your cloud provider.

GDPR Ready

Designed for compliance. Minimal data collection for maximum security.

Private by Design

No tracking cookies or invasive analytics on your upload widgets.

1. Introduction

At Sendport.cloud, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we handle data when you use our platform to receive files from your users. Our core philosophy is "Direct-to-Cloud," meaning we act as a secure gateway rather than a storage facility.

2. Data We (Don't) Collect

Your Files: We do not store, view, or analyze the files uploaded through our widgets. Files are streamed directly from the uploader's browser to your configured Google Drive or Dropbox storage via encrypted channels.

Uploader Metadata: To help you identify uploads, we collect the Uploader's Name and Email as provided by them. This data is stored in your private history and is never shared with third parties.

3. Cloud Integrations

When you connect Google Drive or Dropbox, we request only the permissions necessary to create folders and upload files. We use an encrypted "Refresh Token" to maintain this connection, which you can revoke at any time from your dashboard or your cloud provider's security settings.

4. Security Measures

All data transmission is encrypted via SSL/TLS. We implement industry-standard security protocols to protect your account data and any access tokens stored in our secure database.

5. Your Rights

Under GDPR and other privacy laws, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Since we do not store your uploaded files, requests regarding those files should be managed within your own Google Drive or Dropbox account.
