Service Usage

Legal use of the platform and your responsibilities as a customer.

Liability

Clear boundaries on what we are responsible for and what you are.

Compliance

How we handle illegal content and service termination.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on Sendport.cloud, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Sendport provides a "Direct-to-Cloud" gateway that allows you to receive files directly into your third-party storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.). We do not provide file storage ourselves. The quality and availability of the file delivery are subject to the uptime of your third-party storage provider.

3. Prohibited Content

You may not use Sendport to facilitate the collection of illegal materials, including but not limited to copyrighted material without permission, malware, or content that violates any local or international laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts suspected of facilitating illegal activities.

4. Limitation of Liability

Sendport is provided "as is." Because we do not store your files, we cannot be held responsible for any loss of data, corruption of files, or unauthorized access to your third-party cloud storage. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your cloud provider credentials.

5. Subscription & Payments

Services are billed on a subscription basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled in accordance with our standard billing policy shown at the time of purchase.

6. Modification of Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for any major changes that impact your existing widgets or integrations.
